Jeffrey has over 30 years of corporate experience in human capital management and consultancy in companies such as DKSH, Sime Darby, Hewitt Associates, Accenture, F&N Dairies, Pizza Hut and McDonald’s. Jeffrey specializes in human capital management, organization development, change management, which includes talent development, and people & organization performance.
When facilitating workshops for his stakeholders, Jeffrey often leverages the learning crucibles from his rich corporate experiences to help draw out applicable and relevant workshop outcomes from participants.
Jeffrey has a Bachelor of Social Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a Master of Human Resources Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
Certification: Licensed trainer in DDI’s Interaction Management, Targeted Selection and Daniel Goleman-Hay Emotional and Social Competence Inventory (ESCI) Tools.
