The course taught us how to manage our own as well as others' emotional (EQ) strengths & limitations to create positive and collaborative work environment.

Following on from the leadership programme and coaching feedback, my way of thinking has changed to be positive and more creative in resolving problems in the plantation.
I concentrate on my team’s strength and help them recognize using on the job coaching / training and field visits. We approach problems together as a team and involve everybody in the decision making – my team realizes we share the same goals and KPI.
