The best way to get here is to drive, ideally car-pooling for those who are coming with colleagues. You’ll need your driver’s licence handy at the security checkpoint before coming up the hill. There is free parking available within the compound.
Alternatively, you can book a Grab if you’d rather not drive.
You’ll need to pack everything you need for the retreat, as the nearest store is several kilometres away and not convenient to get to, as we’ll be occupied the whole day. There are also no laundry facilities.
Remember to pack sufficient medications/supplements and insect repellent if you’re a mozzie magnet!
Packing an extra pair of comfortable shoes may be a good idea in case it gets a little wet. Or, just wear sandals!
Bring along your water bottle for refills throughout the day so that we minimise the use of plastic bottles where possible.
A journal and writing materials will be provided. We do suggest a tech detox for this weekend, so feel free to leave your laptop at home 😀.
Bring your own snacks if you’re a midnight snacker.
Registration on Day 1 - Friday 10th Oct, starts at 8.30 am.
Come, explore the venue, and join us for a light breakfast to power up before we start the session at 10.00 am.
You’ll be fine in informal, comfortable casual clothes. Do note that the weather is anticipated to be cool, especially in the evenings, so please bring along something that you can layer on, like a sweater/cardigan.
You will get a standard single occupancy room (unless otherwise arranged or informed) with a Queen or Single bed and attached bathroom.
Rooms come with a flat-screen TV and an attached bathroom with towels, basic toiletries, and tea/coffee-making facilities.

This is a participant-only retreat, which is an opportunity to step outside of your day-to-day life and tap into expanded possibilities. Therefore, you should be able to focus on yourself for this time.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided with morning and afternoon tea breaks. All meals catered are ‘halal’ and we would have prepared for those of you who have indicated specific dietary requirements.
On Day 2 - Saturday 11th Oct, the retreat ends at 4.00 pm, after which we will enjoy coffee together before we leave.
