Approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF) under the Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) for up to 37 hours of coach training, this programme will be accepted as part of an ACSTH application towards an ICF credential. These hours are also accepted as Continuing Coach Education (CCE) toward the renewal of an ICF credential.

Coaching Philosophy
The coaching philosophy is about creating action that will help the coachee achieve the outcome he desires; about creating a space that allows one to explore opportunities, possibilities and address obstacles. It’s about creating confidence and support to complete one’s life journey.

Number of Modules:
- Module 1: 2 ½ days (20 hours + 1 hour executive coaching)
- Module 2: 1 day (6 hours + 1 hour executive coaching)
- Module 3: 1 day (6 hours + 1 hour executive coaching)
Workshop Size: 15 participants, with 3 facilitator-coaches. All workshops will be conducted face to face. Coaching and review sessions will be delivered via a combination of face-to-face and Skype sessions.

Pre-requirements: There are no pre-requirements for attending this course, with the exception that there must be intention for participants to use their leadership position to build a coaching culture within their organisation.
The Coach-Facilitators:
Lilian is a partner at Innovative Formula with over 18 years of corporate, training, facilitating and coaching experience. Her enthusiasm and passion for people led her to pursue a second career in people development in 2003. Lilian works closely with her audience to draw out the unsaid, to find the courage to change and to extend their reach. She helps them simplify the complex. Lilian draws from her experience in multinational organizations, coaching and training executives from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia to bring richness to her encounters with people. Lilian graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Lilian is a Certified Professional Trainer and a PCC Certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Federation, with over 750 hours of coaching experience.
Kitty has more than 20 years of multinational corporate experience in the fields of management, coaching and training. Her candid and approachable demeanour enables her to draw from her previous experiences to connect and bring value to the people she comes into contact with. As a Certified Professional Trainer, she brings with her a passion to build the skills of the people she works with. She holds a First Class Honours Degree in Bachelor of Public Administration at Universiti Utara Malaysia (Northern University of Malaysia) and is a Gold Medal recipient for the class of 1988/92. Kitty is a Certified Coach, BarOn EQi Assessor and Professional Trainer.
Valerie is a partner at Innovative Formula in Singapore. She brings with her more than 20 years of senior management experience working in MNCs and non-profit organizations. Valerie lived in the United States and China for 8 years, enriching her experience and world view, allowing her to better understand people and their cultural nuances. Valerie has coached a wide range of incredible individuals, including students, young graduates, business owners and senior executives. She combines her leadership experience and creative coaching to bring a unique blend of coaching to inspire her clients.
Programme Payment Policies:
- Payment Policy: 20% of total fee is payable to secure workshop dates. The remaining 80% will be invoiced progressively until the start date of the workshop.
