This highly interactive and reflective programme builds on Conscious Leadership: Leading Self, by increasing the participant’s self awareness and adjust their leadership behaviours and styles to effectively achieve results through others. An early introduction to the changes they have to go through will better position them for success as they adapt to their new role in leading others. They will learn the need to have different skills, leadership values and use of time as a manager of others. They will also discover how to hold themselves and others accountable, and be more aware of their impact using leadership energy and recognition. This programme will enable them to:
