Creating Leadership Presence

Lilian is a seasoned facilitator and executive coach. Much of her work is centered around holding generative spaces for executives and teams to access themselves fully and make better sense of what’s going on for them. She helps one to increase their capacity to resource themselves especially in times of change and transitions. She has lived in many countries around Asia, founded and expanded her people development organization across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Lilian co-led KEA, a non-profit marketplace community in Indonesia. In the last 18 years, Lilian has coached and facilitated leaders and founders to increase their impact on teams, families, organizations and communities. Lilian has worked with local and global clients across ASEAN. She also facilitates peer forums with YPO, the world’s largest CEO network.
