Karen has over 17 years of experience in multinational environments, giving her a wide spectrum of understanding in the areas of people and business management, communication and strategic planning.
With her caring and attentive nature, Karen has the ability to make it easy and comfortable for people to respond openly to her. She is known for her ability to do things efficiently, with a good head for details and meeting needs. Her corporate experience includes roles as Regional Lead for marketing and communications in Accenture, Alcatel and Compaq.
Karen graduated in Business Management with Honours from Universiti Sains Malaysia and was also a recipient of the Japan Airline Foundation Scholarship Programme. Karen is a Certified Coach/Mentor, BarOn EQi Assessor and Professional Trainer.
