Kelvin is a ICF Trained Coach, who received his coach training with the Catalyst Coach, Australia. He is also a Mental Health First Aider certified by the Malaysian Mental Health Association (MMHA). He has 20 years of experience in the accounting and HR fields, taking on roles ranging from Accountant to Learning & Development (L&D) practitioner in industries such as manufacturing, education, oil & gas, and Global Business Services (GBS).
In 2021, Kelvin’s commitment to his passion saw him leave the corporate world and undertake the coaching profession on his own. He specialises in empowerment coaching, with a strong focus on growth mindset, personal impact, agility & resilience, and effective communication. Driven by his passion to care and inspire others to grow, he helps young professionals and new people managers to discover within and drive their purpose.
