Marilyn possesses over 19 years of experience in the retail and hospitality industry. Having served with luxury and popular lifestyle brands, her expertise is in Retail Sales, Operations and Customer Relations.
Marilyn’s achievements include managing portfolios in excess of RM 50 million turnover and teams of more than 150 personnel. Her areas of specialisation include brand management, customer relationship management, merchandising, retail store operations, recruitment and training & staff development. She has successfully trained teams from various parts of the world including Singapore, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, Vietnam, India, the Middle East and Australia.
Marilyn is a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner & Coach by ABNLP and a Certified Time Line Therapy ™ Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. She is also a certified Life Orientations (LIFO) Trainer and has certification for Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL).
