One-on-one executive coaching sessions will support executives in their leadership journey as they experience first-hand being coached by our trained and experienced coaches. This highly customised programme is aimed at an individualised development process. It is conducted through one-on-one sessions, ideally driven by data from multiple perspectives (eg. 360º assessment feedback report) and based on mutual trust and respect. The sponsor organisation, the Client and the Executive Coach work in partnership to achieve maximum impact for a positive coaching experience.
Coaching can be an effective tool in meeting numerous organisational needs: to improve performance and development, to enhance career paths, to effect growth culture, to transition complex changes, to support effective feedback; to empower leadership, and to increase employee engagement.
Objectives:
• To achieve objectives set out between the sponsor organisation, the Client and the Executive Coach;
• To create a strong sense of self-awareness that will bring empowerment to the Client which will allow them to fulfill their potential in their role.
• To create a meaningful coaching experience that will allow the Client to appreciate the benefits of coaching
Method: Either face-to-face at a location to be agreed between the coach and participant, Zoom, telephone, or a combination of both.
