Roz has worked in the US, Asia, Africa, and Middle East, in positions including - Associate Director of Academic Quality Assurance and International Corporate Development, Instructional Design Technology Specialist, Curriculum Coordinator, faculty, instructor, Coach, Program Technology Tutor, and Camp Director.
Roz has always been an early adopter in technology immersion learning –owning her first PC in 1979) and her first Macintosh in 1987. She wroteher thesis on work-based mobile learning as early as 2002, her first Stanford University education MOOC just 10 years later, and spearheaded pilot Blended Learning Bootcamp for university professors in 2017.
Today, Roz’s roots in architecture continue to influence her out-of-the-box pedagogy and change-management strategies. Her expertise is in coaching online competencies and mentoring work effectiveness. Her research interests are in Heutagogy (self-determined learning) and Third Culture Kids (TCK).
