Valerie brings with her more than 20 years of senior management experience working in multinational corporations as well as non-profit organisations. Her 10-year career at Ogilvy & Mather brought working opportunities with clients such as American Express, Unilever, IBM, Seagram & DBS Asset Management, specialising in branding, marketing, one-to-one communication and business development. She served as Group Partner, and Managing Director, OgilvyOne.
As Managing Director at EMI Music Singapore, Valerie provided leadership and direction to restructure the Singapore operation. She also served as Chairman of the Recording Industry Association of Singapore. Valerie is able to engage easily with people of diverse backgrounds and culture, from new graduates to CEOs.
Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Singapore. She is an ICF PCC-certified coach.
